SMS Communications & Choices

RevitaGlow offers two separate optional SMS categories. Service messages include account verification (OTP), appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer-service communications. Marketing messages include offers, discounts, and other promotional content. You may choose either category, both categories, or neither. SMS consent is separate from accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency: up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is collected through the website registration, Google registration, profile-completion, or appointment-booking forms. We record the selected category, date and time, and source of the consent. Phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
